Last 2 days of smallcap stocks, Funds recovery..

Last 2 days of smallcap recovery! Is it a recovery or a dead cat bounce. I don't think it is a deadcat bounce because of following reasons

 
1. Oil is down

2. Trump and Tariffs are more of a noise

3. Gdp rebound seen

4. Dollar index down

5. Capex growth will be visible in coming months

6. Valuations are down
