Mr Ajit Chordia, Managing Director, Olympia Group India has been appointed as Chairman of CII Chennai Zone for the Year 2025-26 during the CII Chennai Zone Annual Session held at Chennai.
Mr Ajit Chordia, a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the College of Engineering Guindy, Chennai, is a dynamic leader with over 40 years of experience. As the promoter of the Khivraj and Olympia groups, he brings expertise in automobile retail, real estate development, investment, and renewable energy industries.
A third-generation entrepreneur, angel investor, mentor, and philanthropist, Mr. Ajit Chordia is an expert in green buildings, the Indian real estate sector, family business governance, and corporate strategy.
In 2023, Mr Ajit Chordia served as the Chairman of the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), Chennai Chapter, and as the CREDAI National Chairman of the Environment Committee for the 2023-2025 term. He was also the Convenor of the CII Chennai Zone Infrastructure Panel for 2023-24 and served as the Vice Chairman of CII Chennai Zone for 2024-25.
Ms Hema Mani, Regional Director – Human Resources (China & India), Lennox India Technology Centre Pvt Ltd has been appointed as Vice Chairperson of CII Chennai Zone for the Year 2025-26.
Hema Mani brings over 28 years of expertise in Strategic Human Resources, having worked with renowned multinational organizations such as Kelly Consultants, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Jain Group of Institutions, i2 Technologies, and Honeywell. She is a certified Leadership Coach under the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and Marshall Goldsmith, as well as a certified OD Facilitator from the International OD Federation.
She currently serves as the Regional Director, Asia Pacific HR at Lennox India Technology Centre Pvt Ltd. In this role, she oversees HR, Leadership Development, Culture Building, Site Operational Management, Community Engagement, and External Communications for the company in the region.
Ms Hema Mani is an active and engaged member of CII, having made significant contributions at both the State and Zonal levels. She previously served as the Chairwoman of the CII-Indian Women Network in Tamil Nadu.
