WEAL ACADEMY First Anniversary Celebration
The first anniversary celebration of WEAL ACADEMY, which teaches
personal financial management and leadership skills to children aged seven to
17, was held in Chennai.
The chief guests were Mr. R. Pandiarajan - Actor & Director,
Mr. S. Selvakumar - ANANDHAM YOUTH FOUNDATION and delivered special speeches .

money among the participants of the ceremony through
discussions.

difficult to get it back. By losing money, we lose a part of our life.
Knowledge about money is necessary at a young age. It requires proper training.

"Even when we lose money, we gain
strength in failure. When we accumulate a lot of money, we lose mental strength
in success. When we have a lot of money, mental strength is a must. For that,
the ability to manage money properly is essential. That is what we are teaching
our children through our Weal Academy," he said.

Mrs. T. Swapna said, “Children between
the ages of 4 and 15 learn things very quickly. Children learn only 50% of
things from their parents. The rest they learn through things like Weal
Academy. This helps a lot in achieving success in life.”

Anandam S. Selvakumar says that
today, people from 3 years old to 70 years old are seen suffering from
depression. Children do not speak bad words; they only speak what they hear.
Therefore, parents should be very careful. Parents do not only play a role in
the success of their children. They also play a role in their
failure.
"Also, don't buy your children
everything they ask for right away. Even if it's something they need, delay
it," he said very realistically.

R. Pandiarajan, ''It is easy to
earn money. But it is very difficult to protect it. It was only after a long
time that I understood that you need someone (Financial Planner) to protect the
money you earn. Make a small effort to protect your money. Teach your children
how to protect and grow money when they are young. If you earn 1,000 rupees and
spend it all, that will hit you in later.
"Fraudsters are also smart
when it comes to money. It is important to create awareness about money to
avoid being cheated in that way. The Weal Academy is helping children with
that. I congratulate and appreciate it," he said.
