Chennai, 28th November, 2024: DRA, the pride of Chennai's Real Estate, today announced its strategic growth plan as part of its target to achieve 1000 Crore revenue by FY26-27 in a press conference in the city. On course to clocking a revenue of Rs. 500 Crore in FY24-25 (from Rs.300 crore in FY23-24), the company plans to fuel its ambitious growth plans for the next three years with planned geographical expansions, starting with its foray into Pune market and further widening its presence in Bangalore by the next fiscal year. The company also announced strengthening of its footprint in the Chennai market by adding 2.7 Million sq.ft of saleable area with 9 on-going and 6 upcoming projects in key markets across the city. The brand, renowned for its quality construction and timely delivery, also unveiled its renewed brand philosophy 'Home of Pride' with the celebrated Actor Rashmika Mandanna as its first-ever Brand Ambassador.
