It's the 21st century and "junk food" has gone global. It  is now available all over the world. -- in  stores, fast-food restaurants and  on television. It  usually looks very appealing. Eating junk food could affect nearly all parts of your body.

What is junk food??

"Junk food" generally refers to foods that contribute lots of calories but little nutritional value. It is not very good for you but it is ready to eat or quick to prepare. It is rich in preservatives, additives and artificial flavours and colorants.

Conclusion

I pledge to stay healthy and clean through exercise and good eating habit. I will eat balanced meals every day to have more energy to learn and to play.
