If a 'Folio' of Mutual Fund investment is NOT having a "Nomination", have to re-confirm or "Opt-Out" from nomination.

As per the new guideline, If a 'Folio' of Mutual Fund investment is NOT having a "Nomination", have to re-confirm or "Opt-Out" from nomination. 

And whoever has not "Opt-out" from nomination, cannot make transactions in their folios from *1st April 2023*. 

*Note:* 

If you have already given a nomination in your 'Folios', 'no action' is required. 

If you are not sure about your nomination (or) want to make sure that all the investments are having nomination, Please follow the instruction below.

1. Some folios are listed under "CAMS" and some are listed under "KARVY". You can check the nomination information in both the link listed below.

2. While updating the nomination; Please keep the following points in consideration.

a. In some folios you would have given "More than 1 Nominee". Please consider maintaining the same "allocation percentage".

b. Please make sure the nomination is correctly done as per your "Financial Planning" For eg; In some folio, you would have given your Son as the nominee. In some, your Daughter is the nominee. Don't disturb the order of nomination. 

c. If any of the folios not having "nomination"/ you can select only those folios and update the nomination.
