CREDAI Tamil Nadu Welcomes the New Town Development Plan for Hosur, Urges the Government to announce the Master Plan for the Approved Cities in Tamil Nadu

 

Chennai, November 23rd, 2022: CREDAI TAMIL NADU, (Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India) an integral part of CREDAI national has welcomed the Tamil Nadu Government's approval of The New Town Development Plan for Hosur. Hosur city is extended across 190.20 sq. km and it has more than 1500 industrial units and over 3000 micro, small & medium enterprises (MSMEs).


 

The new town development plan is the need of the hour as Hosur is witnessing rapid Industrial Growthwhich will speed up the growth and development of the construction industry, Said Mr. Suresh Krishn, President, CREDAI Tamil Nadu. We urge the government to make the Master Plan operational for the already-approved cities in the state and anticipate the Master Plan being implemented shortly for other towns in Tamil Nadu, added Mr. Suresh Krishn.

During This pandemic as a responsible organization, we on behalf of CREDAI TAMILNADU  along with its regional chapters CHENNAI, COIMBATORE, MADURAI, TRICHY and ERODE did tremendous amount of work in Tamilnadu. We have created 5500 Interim oxygen supported beds across Tamilnadu in 13 districts and 39 locations, with the support of many Corporates in a short span of time. We took just 5 days to create each facility. 7 of our Covid Care Facility was inaugurated by Honourable Chief Minister Thiru.M.K.Stalin.
