Last year, some of my investors are very interested to invest in Bitcoin. Their "Risk-Profile" was not that aggressive to digest 50% fall in an asset class. I have advised them to keep away from the Bitcoin, Except one investor who was very young and had very little amount to invest.
Its not only the risk that you take - to buy an unknown asset class where there was no history of track and no geography of origin. It also the risk "When" you buy it. Definitely not when it delivered 100% in less than 1 year. That's where you people with knowledge exit the position and people with greed enter the position.
