SOCIAL STOCK EXCHANGE – Budget 2019-20
The finance minister Ms. Nirmala Sitaraman has proposed setting up a social stock exchange regulated by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
Companies & non-profits that focus on social causes can now raise funds on the online platform and use the money to fund social causes.
