1^st CREDAI Telangana Reality Awards “CREATE” – 2017 announced

Aims to recognize the best real estate projects based on design, innovation and execution across the Telangana State

Hyderabad 14^th November, 2017:  

The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) Telangana is organizing CREDAI Telangana Reality Awards, “CREATE – 2017” to promote and recognize its members for outstanding contribution to the real estate sector during the last financial year. CREATE-2017(CREDAI Real Estate Awards for Telangana) is a platform by CREDAI Telangana, under whose aegis different awards would be given to the members who have exhibited  excellence in different facets of real estate activity. 

The logo for CREATE 2017 was unveiled in Hyderabad in the presence of Mr. G Ram Reddy, President, CREDAI Telangana, Mr.Ch. Ramchandra Reddy, General Secretary, CREDAI Telangana, Mr. S Ram Reddy, President CREDAI, Hyderabad, Mr R K Rao, General Secretary, CREDAI Hyderabad, P Venkateshwar Rao, President CREDAI, Warangal, Ajay Kumar, President CREDAI, Karimnagar, Satish Attal, President CREDAI, Nizamabad, Suresh Kumar V, President CREDAI, Khammam, Suneeth, President CREDAI, Mahaboobnagar, D Venkateshwar Rao, President CREDAI, Kothagudem.

                                                                                                          

CREATE 2017 will be the first of its kind award which recognizes the excellence in different facets if Real Estate all over Telangana State including members from Hyderabad and other district chapters of Warangal, Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Khammam, Mehboobnagar and Kothagudem. The renowned research and rating agency, CRISIL has been appointed as the knowledge partner for  CREATE 2017.

Telangana real estate has been on an upswing and Hyderabad realty has been also growing over the last 2 years.  The consumer demand has picked up in the last 2-3 months leading to better appreciation in many locations.  Strong performance and  growth have boosted investor confidence, and encouraged new projects across the market. The state is also witnessing rapid absorption of the commercial real estate, with increased interest from corporate clients who are confident to enter and expand in this lucrative market. CREATE 2017 is an initiative to recognise all those who have contributed to this success and growth. 

Speaking on the occasion Mr. G Ram Reddy, President, CREDAI Telangana said, “CREDAI is the voice of the real estate sector and works closely with the Government in the formulation of the policies and guidelines for the real estate sector both at state and national level. Telangana State is a progressive state with a proactive government which is rated amongst the best in ensuring ease of doing business. The real estate sector in the state is a growth engine as an income and employment provider and multiplier for the state. CREDAI members are contributing to 90% of the real estate activity in the state and are working closely with the government to drive the growth. In spite of multiple policy changes like implementation of RERA, GST, we are still doing a great job by providing best in class construction at affordable pricing. Keeping in view the excellence in different aspects of construction, we have decided to recognize and reward the best developers (CREDAI members)  in the state with the 1^st edition of CREATE 2017- Credai Telangana Realty awards. The CREATE 2017 Awards ceremony will be held on December 15, 2017. The Function will be gathering of over 250 distinguished guests, senior bureaucrats, bankers, developers, suppliers and others.”

Adding to this Mr.Ch. Ramchandra Reddy, General Secretary, CREDAI Telangana said, “We are pleased to announce the 1^st edition of CREDAI Real Estate Telangana Awards “CREATE“2017. The developer members of CREDAI Telangana across the 7 chapters can participate in the awards and nominate themselves to any of the 9 categories . Apart from these 9 categories we also have a “Lifetime achievement award“ for outstanding contribution in shaping up the real estate sector in Telangana State. The nominations will be reviewed by the jury and the most deserving participants will  be awarded at the CREATE 2017 award ceremony planned on 15^thDecember 2017. We hope to receive the nominations from all our members across the state for the awards.”

The Award Categories are:

1.  Apartment projects above 20 units

2.  Apartment projects below 20 units

3.  Apartment projects upto 40 Lakhs

4.  Apartment projects costing above 40 Lakhs and  upto 70 lakhs

5.  Apartment projects above 70 Lakhs

6.  Villas and Row Houses

7.  Office/ Commercial Complex & Shopping Mall

8.  Plotted Development

9.  Best CSR activity by a Developer

Adding to this Mr. S Ram Reddy, President CREDAI Hyderabad said, “This is a great initiative to bring all the real estate developers in the state of Telangana on a common platform and recognize them for their efforts in driving the growth of the real estate sector in the state. The categories for awards are designed in such a way that all members get a fair chance to compete in the respective categories, giving all members an opportunity to showcase their work irrespective of the size and quantum of their projects. CREATE 2017 will effectively highlight the acumen of the real estate developers in the state, who are innovating and leveraging technology to provide best quality housing in the state”
