Buying a home is not for residence purpose only. To live happily is the first and foremost aim.

Living is not with satisfying with what is available but getting
more and more amenities.

The most popular promises that are given by the builders are
“community hall”, “swimming pools”, “club house”, “gym”, “green garden”, “golf experience”, “walking-inthe woods” and so on.

Some promoters even promise malls, schools and hospitals in their private townships. These enable a buyer to live happily in the home which they buy from the builders. In the recent days, buying a home is profitable also.

More than this, some realtors are willing to accommodate
new homebuyers with a slew of sweetness and discounts.
If a buyer wants to buy a flat, this is the right time. “Beauty
lies in the eyes of the beholder” and hence, the buyer
should verify all the amenities. If the amenities can make
a buyer to feel better, the buyer may go for buying the flat
without any hesitation.

Today’s financial market is tight and so the buyer should carefully find the liquidity to fund the purchase or should
explore the credit profile to raise funds through a home loan from an appropriate home loan agency.

A few buyers pay the booking amount to buy such homes with an intention to swap the new homes with their old ones,
once the under-construction houses are ready.

This maybe a riskyproposition but not without the promise
of significant gains.

For example, if an individual moves into a complex in his
present locality, his new house with frills will attract a premium over an existing old property in the vicinity.

Moreover, property valuations tend to improve as construction progresses provided the realty market is stable. Given these observations, a buyer booking a new home in the locality will tend to lock in at a lower rate and reap valuation gains through such an exercise. But the buyer should be very careful.

Such anticipated gains may quickly turn as losses if there is a
property slump. However, at present, the building and
construction sector has gained momentum and so buying
a new home together with the old home will be definitely
profitable in future. The final decision to move to a new
house with an existing old house to be sold in future should
be determined by the heart and the wallet of the buyer.
