The cenntral government has asked banks to roll-out over 2 lakh micro-ATMs to meet
the need of customers who are facing cash-crunch issues.
Micro ATMs will
be deployed in about 90,000 urban and semi-urban areas and nearly 1.1
lakh rural areas.

· You will also get SMS alert from
your bank about the transaction.

However, it is mandatory to link your Aadhaar card with your bank account in
order to use this facility.
