NRI HOUSING LOAN

1. 3 months Salary Slip.

2. 6 months Bank statement (foreign) and 6 months Statement of NRI account maintained in India.

3. Work permit- Visa permit and work contract.

4. Address proof.

5. Copy of ID card- front and back.

6. Passport copy 1^st, 2^nd, and last page.

7. Previous employment details, if the present job is not more than 3 years.

8. 3 Passport size photographs.

9. Power of Attorney Holder ID Proof and Address proof.

(ALL THE ABOVE NEED TO BE ATTESTED BY A NOTARY or at INDIAN EMBASSY or SBI BRANCH SITUATED AT THE PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT.)

8. Power of Attorney (as per State Bank of India specified format) The POA should be attested either in Indian Embassy / or by a Notary Public or at SBI branch. It should be adjudicated in India at the Registrar Office.
