CBRE OPENS A NEW OFFICE IN KOCHI: FURTHER STRENGHTENS ITS OPERATIONS IN
THE SOUTH..!

Ltd. today announced the opening of its news office at Kochi, Kerala. With a
dedicated office and the right resources, CBRE is strategically positioned to
further enhance its service offeringsto customers, while supporting the growth of
the real estate sector in the region. Kochi, which was recently announced as part
of the Government’s “Smart City” initiative, has gained strategic importance in
recent years and has witnessed increased demand for office space for large
corporate occupiers, investors and developers.CBRE currently manages close to 4Million
sq.ft. under Asset Services and more than 8 Million
sq.ft.In Project Management in the city.
With this announcement, CBRE now offers a
full suite of services across 10 locations and has a presence in over 30 cities
across the country.

close toaround 50 CBRE professionals who are working at different client sites
and will allowthe company to better support the growing market.
