am an IT professional working in Chennai. What is advisable according to you buying
or renting an apartment?
Answer:
If
you do not have enough money to buy then you can rent a property.
You
need to check what your requirements are and how much you can afford per month
for an EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) and rent.
If
you feel that your EMI is higher than the monthly rent, then it is good to buy.
But
make sure your EMI is not more than 35% to 40% of your monthly salary.
