1. Washing & Waxing a car for 45 to 60 minutes

2. Wheeling Self in wheelchair for 30 to 40 minutes

3. Washing WINDOWS OR FLOORS FOR 45 to 60 MINUTES

4. Playing basketball for 15 to  20 minutes

5. Bicycling 8 km in 30 minutes

6. Walking 3 km in 30 minutes


7. Swimming laps for 20 minutes
