JAN- MAR 2016 : ONLY 1,100 FLATS LAUNCHED IN CHENNAI..!

About 19,000 residential units were launched in top six cities including Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Gurgaon, Noida & Chennai.

An estimated 1,100 FLATS were launched in Chennai alone, according to Colliers International study. Falling interest rates and introduction of Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016 have helped to recuperate the sentiment.

Capital &rental values are expected to be rationalised in the near term, as residential markets across all major cities witness developers' focus on clearing unsold inventory.
