Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani, to offer WILP (Work integrated learning programmes)
to their employees. Today, the first batch of WILP candidates from SKF was awarded the
Master of Science (M.S.) Degree in Design Engineering by BITS Pilani.
WILP
offers a unique opportunity to develop employees and build capability as an
organization. SKF’s strength lies in being a solution provider anchored by the

professionals to enhance their academic and technical qualification in various
Engineering domains
while empowering them to gain significant
professional experience at SKF India. The curriculum is spread across 3 semesters of
coursework through a set of 12 courses followed by a dissertation in the final
semester. The instructions were given through online lectures and contact sessions at the industry premises.
