* Reform labour laws to bring
millions of people from informal employment to formal employment
* Reforms in the education
sector to ensure that the passouts have the skills that industry needs
* Either apply service tax on
the part of value addition like a VAT or reduce the same for flexi staffing
services
* Bring down TDS rates for flexi
staffing industry
