Indian students make a mark on the global map by securing 3 world ranks in Pearson’s Edexcel global examinations

  • 3 students from Hebron School and Horizon International Academy, Tamil Nadu, won global ranks; 2 students of 10th and 5th grade each secured world's highest marks in Mathematics and a student of 12th grade secured world's highest marks in Religious Studies

  • 42 High achievers in Primary & Lower Secondary Curricula (PLSC, International GCSE and A Level categories

  • While 12 students were awarded High Achiever Award in the PLSC examination, 7 got the GCE / International A Level High Achievers recognition and another 23 received International GCSE High Achievers certificate

Three Indian students made a mark on the world map by securing accolades for their performance in the Pearson’s Edexcel global examinations for Mathematics and Religious studies. One student from the Hebron School and Horizon International Academy, Tamil Nadu each achieved the world’s highest rank for Mathematics and another one from Hebron School was awarded the world’s highest rank for Religious Studies. 

Pearson is UK’s largest examination body offering academic qualifications under the brand name ‘Edexcel’. These qualifications are studied by over 3.4 million students worldwide and are offered by 5,400 schools, colleges and employers globally. Pearson marks over 9 million exam scripts on behalf of the UK Department for Education each year.

These recent achievements of learners showcase India’s strength in the sphere of education and place Indian students at a global pedestal. In addition to the these global wins, 12 students from Trinity International Residential, Horizon International Academy, Kids Club School, Al-fajr International School and St.assisi World School won recognition for the PLSC examination for Primary Maths, Lower Secondary Maths and Primary Science. Another 7 students from NCS Pearson India Pvt. Ltd. Noida, Calcutta International School and The British International School secured meritorious ranks in the GCE / International A Level exam.  In addition to this, 23 students received High Achiever Certificates for the International GCSE/GCSE examination from Calcutta International School, The British International School, The Learning Curve and VanshiManthanVidyashram.
