CAG celebrates 30 years 2015 October

Citizen consumer and civic Action Group (CAG), a non-profit and non-political organisation, works to empower citizens, promote transparency and accountability, and harness new technologies to strengthen governance. 

CAG was founded in October 1985 and celebrates 30 years this October. To mark its commitment to governance reform and to recognise the support of our friends and colleagues through this journey, CAG will host events throughout the year in Chennai. We invite you to a celebratory launch where we will be joined by people whose work embodies a deep commitment to “Transparency, Accountability and Citizen participation”.
