Ajuba Observes Joy of Giving
The love and joy of giving filled the air at Ajuba Solutions yesterday, as the
country’s leading healthcare revenue cycle management service provider in
Chennai observed the ‘Joy of Giving
Week’ across its six facilities in the city. A thought that sprung from the
old Adage ‘Charity begins at home’ was taken to a whole new level as;
Ajuba’s employees came forth to fulfill wishes of its non-administrative
employees.
The
week-long event was themed ‘Heaven on Earth’ and it all began with
building a wish-list of things that the non-administrative staff needed but
could not afford. A bowl containing chits of these items were placed at
different common points of access to the employees. Any employee passing by
could pick up a chit and either individually or collectively organize to
purchase the item and give it as a gift to these employees. The essence is that
the whole activity was conducted in anonymity.

am emotionally moved by the efforts taken by my Ajubans to organize this
activity. Very often we tend look beyond our boundaries to engage with the
underprivileged and neglect the fact that we are surrounded by many close to
us. This year’s joy of giving week celebration at Ajuba will indeed be an event
to remember and as a family we will ensure to keep alive our spirits of sharing
what we have with the ones in need. I highly appreciate and thank the team for
organizing this activity and encourage many more such initiatives that will light

her experience in organizing the initiative, Hema Parikh, Director, HR
at Ajuba Solutions India said, “Every year we reach out to the
society in view of celebrating joy of giving. This year we realized we were
going too far in search of communities to lend support while we had many within
our reach. We decided to engage with our own non administrative staff who
belonged to those communities and hence came up with this idea. Our core values
are clear in terms of keeping our employees contented and motivated. These
initiatives are indeed a reiteration of our efforts in keeping our core values
alive”
