two projects – Vedaanta-Aditya Panchavati and Vedaanta Brindhavanam. Spread
over 6 acres in Kumbakonam, the 69 units of Vedaanta-Aditya Panchavati
is a combination of 1 BHK retirement cottages and 2 BHK Retirement Resorts
& Holiday Homes - making it the city’s largest retirement community
project. Vedaanta Brindhavanam in Coimbatore consists of 89 units

Vedaanta – Aditya Panchavati is
Agraharam - type traditional villas with modern amenities. Ranging from 570
sq.ft. to 823 sq.ft. the villas are priced between Rs. 26 Lakhs to Rs. 45
Lakhs.
Vedaanta Brindhavanam spans across 5.8
acres where the villas range from 560 sq.ft to 1120 sq.ft with a price
tag between Rs. 25 Lakhs and Rs. 46 Lakhs.
The handover of properties in
Vedaanta-Aditya Panchavati & Vedaanta Brindhavanam is scheduled for late
2016.
