Order in the matter of 
Unique Vision Financial Advisory Pvt. Limited

Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), has passed an order dated July 22, 2015 against M/s. Unique Vision Financial Advisory Pvt. Ltd. and its directors/promoters, Mr. Chandrakant Shamrao Dhole and Mr. Ravindra Shankar Kaurav under sections 11, 11(4), 11B and 11D of SEBI Act, 1992 inter-alia prohibiting aforesaid entities from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in the securities market, either directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever, for a period of four (4) years. 

Further, the aforesaid entities are inter- alia directed to:

i. not to undertake, either directly or indirectly, any activity in the securities market without obtaining registration from SEBI as required under the securities laws. ii. expeditiously return the monies received from its clients along with the promised returns, in respect of its unregistered portfolio manager activities and submit a certificate from a peer reviewed Chartered Accountant, within a period of 3 months.

SEBI had passed an interim order on January 29, 2015 in the matter, whereby inter-alia, it directed the aforesaid entities not to solicit or undertake anymore such activity or any other unregistered activities in the securities market, directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever.

The present order dated July 22, 2015 brings to conclusion the above said proceedings with the aforesaid directions.
