Nivasan Homes: New Residential Project at Coimbatore.

Nivasan Homes has launched a new residential project called “Viveka Enclave” in Coimbatore.

According to a press release, the gated community will be located 1 km from Cheran Ma Nagar and will have 41 luxury villas of 3 bedrooms each.

The size of the villas will range from 2,418 square feet to 2,597 square feet and the project will have common amenities such as swimming pool, club house, mini theatre, 24-hour security and power back up for common area. Construction works have started for the project.
