‘Entrepreneurship 360’ to resonate at the 8th TiECON Chennai Summit

 Multi-track event covering different aspects of entrepreneurship

v Launch of Technology Business Incubator program for educational institutions across Tamil Nadu

v App based tools for program search and people networking before, during, after conference      

TiECON Chennai 2015, the largest conclave for entrepreneurs in Tamil Nadu, will be held on October 31, 2015 at ITC Grand Chola, Guindy. ‘Entrepreneurship 360’  is the theme for the event which will host over 1,200 delegates  including thought leaders,  entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, angel investors, regulators, bankers, academicians and students.

TiECON this year presents a multi-track event encompassing various aspects of entrepreneurship. Apart from plenary and valedictory sessions built around real life successes, multiple master class sessions will cover areas such as customer acquisition, revenue generation, fund raising. 

A unique ‘Founder Connect’ program will help budding founders and entrepreneurs discover, meet and find potential co-founders with similar vision, passion and complementary skills. The ‘Mentor Connect’ program, will enable young entrepreneurs to meet and learn from seasoned and successful entrepreneurs.

One of the pioneering projects of TiE Chennai this year is the Technology Business Incubator program. With an aim to encourage entrepreneurship amongst   students in Tamil Nadu, TiE Chennai will help colleges in the State set up Technology Business Incubators in the respective college campuses. This year-long program will be launched at TiECON Chennai this year where the faculty members of over 30 colleges are expected to participate.

TIECON 2015 will be underpinned by an app that will enable program search and track / session level registration, and people search and networking pre, during and post event.
