Beware of SEBI's action on Non- Registered Person
/ Entity acting as an Investment Adviser!
In order to protect the investors from such unauthorised activities of unregistered entities, the interim order issued the following directions against the notice:
(a) “to cease and desist from acting as investment adviser and cease to solicit or undertake such activities or any other unregistered activity in the securities market, directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever;
(b) immediately withdraw and remove all advertisements, representations, literatures, brochures, materials, publications, documents, websites, etc. in relation to their investment advisory or any unregistered activity in the securities market.”
