Income
Tax department has notified the ITR form assessment year (AY) 2015-16. But,
after representation from public against the new columns and information in new
forms Now new simplified forms has been notified .
Further
a new itr-form 2A has also been notified.
Central
Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) in its press release mentioned that as the
software for these forms is under preparation, they are likely to be available
for e-filing by 3rd week of June 2015.
Accordingly,
the time limit for filing these returns is also proposed to be extended up to
31.08.2015 (31st August, 2015). A separate notification will be issued in this
regard.
So now
due date for non-audit case (also salaried employee covered), is August 31,2015
