There has been significant increase in housing loans & credit cards
in 2015 January-March this year, according to Credit Information Bureau (India)

Disclosing credit trends at a press conference here on June19, 2015, Ms. Harshala
Chandorkar, Senior Vice President – Customer Relations, CIBIL, said,
''Housing loan growth was being driven by higher demand for loans in Mumbai,
Pune, Bangalore and Delhi.

Above 3.9 lakh home loan accounts were opened in first quarter of 2015
(January to March) and the housing loan delinquency has come down to 0.57% in
the first quarter of this calendar year compared with 1.06% at end 2010.
