Infrastructure construction company PNC Infratech’s initial public offer
(IPO) will be open for public subscription between May 8 and May 12, 2015.
The company will offer over 1.29 crore shares of
face value of Rs. 10 each at a price band of Rs. 355-378 a share. The offer has
a fresh issue component of 1.15 crore shares and an offer for sale of 14.21
lakh shares, as part of a partial exit by private equity investor Nylim Jacon
Ballas India.
At the upper end of the price band, the offer
size is Rs. 488 crore. Of the offer, 50,000 shares are being reserved for
employees.
The minimum bid lot is 35 equity shares and
thereafter in multiples of 35. The shares are proposed to be listed on the NSE
& the BSE
