Golden Gate Properties Ltd. South India’s leading real estate developer today announced the appointment of Mr. Sheker Sundhara Rajan as Vice President and Business head, to lead and manage the entire Commune vertical, specializing in affordable luxury homes.

            Mr. Sheker comes with a vast experience in real estate sector and is an expert at project planning, execution and management. In his current role he will be responsible to lead the growth of Commune Properties and chart out the development strategies for company. He will oversee the entire operations and management and will focus on resource and productivity optimization.

Mr. Sheker is a veteran with more than three decades of extensive experience. Throughout his career, his management abilities have made him proficient in handling multi-disciplinary teams across companies. Before joining Commune he had worked with reputed real estate ventures across the country and had contributed significantly by spearheading operations, business development, strategic human resource management, sourcing and facility management.  Mr. Sheker is a post graduate in Business Administration from National Institute of Business Management, Chennai.
