A stock it is not listed and not traded in the SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) 

 recognised stock exchanges, the only option available for the investor is to sell it in off market. (Sold outside the stock exchange)

In off market, Where in the share price is not transparent.

Moreover anyone can not claim the benefit of long term capital gain taxation available for market transaction (More than 365 days, the long term capital gain tax of share sold is zero) done through stock exchanges.
