CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India)
Chennai today announced the launch of FAIRPRO
2015, 8th edition of biggest and the most
popular residential property show in the state. FAIRPRO 2015 will be held from
February 20 to 22, 2015 (3-day event) at the Chennai Trade Centre (Nandambakkam).
Noted actor Ms. Suhasini Maniratnam, who was present during the occasion,
lauded the efforts of CREDAI Chennai in bringing quality real estate at the
best price to the people of Chennai.
Around 85 real estate builders
from the city are set to showcase their new and existing residential projects
to the prospective customers making FAIRPRO 2015, the biggest of all the
previous editions. Around 300 apartments are up for sales this year in the expo
for which already Rs.116 crores of home loans were being sanctioned by leading
banks and financial institutions at the recently concluded “Home Loan Mela”
organized by CREDAI Chennai as a precursor to the property expo.

The key aspect of FAIRPRO 2015 will
be the 2% interest subsidy on the Home Loan for two years to every customer who
purchase his/her dream home at the expo in addition to the free iPad Air for
every booking. This year’s edition also will focus on selling residential units
across affordable, medium, premium and luxury categories targeting all segments
of prospective buyers from the city. FAIRPRO 2015 comes with CREDAI Chennai’s
promise of best prices for any showcased property at any real estate expo in
the City.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Ajit Kumar Chordia, President, CREDAI
Chennai said, “FAIRPRO 2015 is set to
be the biggest of all the previous editions. This year’s expo will act as a
bridge for every prospective buyer who dreams of buying a new home by offering
a 2% interest subsidy on the home loan for 2 years for every booking. We thank
our members who supported us in offering this wonderful scheme to the endearing
customer.”
With the government’s focus in
bringing new investments into the state through Global Investors Meet for the
year 2015 in the next few months, the real estate industry in the city is set
to grow at a rapid pace in the near future. Chennai already being a hub for
automobile and IT industry is constantly on the growth path with a renewed
approach towards manufacturing industry as well. This promises a lot of hope
and new jobs coming in to the city resulting in the positive growth of the real
estate industry in Chennai.

Commenting
on the occasion, Mr. Mr. Mohammad Ali, Convener, FAIRPRO 2015 “There has been
an increase in the interest level to buy a new home than ever before. More than
1000 customers thronged the Home Loan Mela this year resulting in the
disbursement of approximately Rs. 116 crores of home loans sanctioned from
various banks and financial institutions compared to Rs. 100 crores sanctioned
last year. We are projecting around 15% increase in terms of profit through
sales of residential units showcased at the expo this year compared to 304 residential
units sold last year with worth of around Rs. 275 crores.”
Credibility is
the key factor for every customer at FAIRPRO 2015 as only the members of CREDAI
Chennai can showcase their projects in the expo. This year’s expo will also
feature the booking of residential units through online as well. CREDAI Chennai
has partnered with leading real estate portal Indiaproperty.com to enable the

visiting the expo.
