: Five Best Quick Tips..!
By Dr. Ramakanta

- Eat right & sleep well..!
Eat a low-sugar,
high-protein balanced diet.
Sleep is a critical
recovery period.
So you might want to
cut down on the late dinner post work, but best to not cut down on your sleep.
- Practise some form of exercise..!
Not having time to
exercise is the most outdated excuse in the world. A 30 to 40 minute walk,
always using the stairs, and getting up from your work desk every half hour are
all easily possible.
- Use breathing techniques..!
When racing thoughts
keep you from falling asleep or / you wake up in the night and can not get back
to sleep, learn some methods of breathing from a yoga guru.
If you have time, on
your day off, go for a yoga class or sign up for some form of group
rejuvenation activity.

- Schedule your day..!
We think that if we work the full eight to 10
hours, we will get more done. Instead, productivity goes down & stress
levels go up. The better approach is to eliminate interruptions.
International studies
have shown that if we have intense concentration for about 90 minutes, followed
by a brief period of recovery, we can clear the build-up of stress and
rejuvenate ourselves.
- Self-monitor..!
Self-monitor your
major health indicators: This is the best way to be healthy.
