in a high rise building mainly due to less air and noise pollution.

With good ventilation
and daylight, high rise buildings help save energy consumption. Further, people
living in upper floors can escape from mosquitoes.
Due to increasing
population and lesser land space, the concept of high-rise buildings has
already become a necessity in metro cities, not by choice but by default.
Skyscrapers have
excellent provision for evacuation including twin staircases and lifts in every
block.
For the city
administration, high rise build ings would help in developing the city by
widening roads and laying new storm water drains without any constraint on
land.
