Mr. Kumar Gera was awarded
the Scroll of Honor for his outstanding contribution to the real
estate sector at the 6th Realty Plus
Excellence Award 2014 in Pune. The award was received by his wife, Ms.
Nalini Gera on his behalf.

The company was also awarded
the Best Themed Project Award and Best Marketing
Concept Award for Gera’s ChildCentricTM Homes concept
by Realty Plus. Additionally, Gera's Trinity Towers at Pune won the Best
Residential Project in the Pune Region in the luxury segment at the CNBC AWAAZ Real Estate Awards 2014 held in
Delhi. The awards were a salute to the project and concept that have created a
mark for themselves and have been shortlisted amongst more than 8000 projects
across 12 cities in the country. Driven by stringent criteria, a comprehensive
multi city survey and a two phased jury process, the awards have identified
India’s best most preferred projects and the winning teams behind them.
