PAN Card Signature Change Producer..!

First has to surrender his/her existing PAN CARD to the authorities, thro Pan Card issuing agency, with a request to issue a fresh PAN CARD, with his proposed new signature. He should note that there is no change in his name (including spelling), Iinitials, Address, Date of Birth etc.

He / she has to record his/her present signature & the proposed new signature and get the same attested by a Gazetted officer or / Notary Public, in that request letter / form. He / she has to pay the required fee, and apply.. He / she will get a new PAN Card with the (same) existing PAN number.

The fee for processing PAN application is  Rs.105 (Rs. 93 + 12.36% Service Tax).
