MCHI-CREDAI Property Expo 2014 Mumbai

India’s largest real-estate Expo, the 23rd MCHI–CREDAI Property 2014, with over 1500 multi-location properties on display, by over 150 exhibitors, will be held at the MMRDA Grounds, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Mumbai.

This 4-day event is India’s largest real estate expo and will be open between October 2nd and October 5th. Over 100,000 visitors are expected to visit the expo to experience, first hand, the vast range of properties on display.

Besides Mumbai Metropolitan Region, this 2014 year will witness an overwhelming participation by developers from Pune, Nasik, Ahmedabad, Baroda, Goa, Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi etc.

A unique feature of the MCHI Property Expo is that the participant developers have taken care to ensure that properties on sale at the expo would have the required approvals in place. The 1500 plus projects on show are backed by clear titles and commencement certificate, and also come with the MCHI Stamp of Assurance.

Since formalising its Code of Conduct, MCHI members have been following a self–regulatory system that ensures ethics, transparency and trust. Developers can display their ongoing and future projects, but for sale, it is ensured that the title clearance and CC is in place.

This year, there is huge response from corporate houses, which is a huge confidence booster for the buyers. The real-estate arms of Corporate Houses including TATA, Bajaj Group, L&T, Ashok Piramal [Peninsula Group], Adani Group, Indiabulls, Jaypee Group, etc. are participating in the exhibition.

If this is not enough, the buyers can also avail many finance options & quick loan approvals from the leading Housing Finance comaInstitution (HFIs) and Banks.
