Kanavu Illam 2014 – the third edition of the Property Expo
brand from B&C Events - held at Trichy ended on a happy note as always
before. The event was held at Lotus Hall of Femina Hotel, Trichy on
September 20-21, 2014.
Trichy City Corporation commissioner, Mr VP Dhandapani,
inaugurated the function by cutting the ribbon. The special invitees namely
Mr.Rajan (LICHFL, Madurai Divn), Ar Rajappa, a leading architect from Chennai,
Er Anand, MD - Rohini Housing and Fiaz Ahmed from SIS lighted the kuthuvilakku
along with the
commissioner.
Many leading builders and new generation entrepreneurs from
Trichy and Chennai have put up stalls in the exhibition. Around 40 stalls
exhibited projects and products
of builders, banks and LIC Housing Finance for the benefit
of the visitors
Ongoing projects and individual homes and flats in Trichy
and Chennai, home loans, a range
of building products, interior and exterior, etc. were being
showcased in over 40 stalls. The fair
provided visitors with lands, apartments and individual
homes from an affordable range to highend
range.
Leading participants include LIC Housing Finance, SIS, JL
Properties, Jayamita Promoters,
Rohini Housing, JBR Construction, Chettinad Building
Promoters and Navaneeta Properties.
Many new entrants to the show added charm to the current
edition.
