Launches its premium brand ‘Naturralle’ Refined Sunflower Oil, Rich in Omega 6 with the Goodness of Vitamin A, D and E in key markets

 Saraiwwalaa Agrr Refineries Limited (SARL) one of the leading edible oils companies in India, today expanded their operations by launching their range of premium refined sunflower oil brand 'Naturralle' in Karnataka.  

The flagship brand ‘Naturralle’ was unveiled by Mr. Ravinder Kumar Gupta, Managing Director at SARL, Mr. Pavan Kumar Gupta, Director at SARL and Mr. Anjani Kumar Gupta, Director at SARL. The company plans to introduce Naturralle refined sunflower oil in Bangalore, Mysore, Mangalore, Belgaum, Bijapur, Bellary, Mandya, Davangiri, Gulbarga, Shimoga & Hubli markets in a span of next 2 months to address the growing demand of sunflower oil and capture the potential of the edible oil growth in the region.

SARL understand the consumption and growth pattern of edible oil sector. The consumption of Edible oil in the country was at 18.1 Mn Tonnes for the FY 14 and is expected to increase to 23 Mn Tonnes by 2019-20 growing at 4% per annum.  

The sunflower oil has tremendous growth potential and health attributes which needs to be captured. The sunflower oil contributes 11% of the total edible oil consumption in the country and is steadily growing at a rate of 10% per annum. 70% of sunflower oil is consumed in the southern states followed by west and east. 67% consumption of Sunflower oil is in the urban areas and the rest is consumed in the rural areas clearly indicating a switch towards the health benefits of the oil. The current sunflower oil market in India is over Rs 180 bn.
