The Chennai Real Estate Agents Association (CREAA) elected their new President for the year 2014 -2015, at the AGM held recently. Mr. Rajesh Dave, Governing Body Member of National Association of Realtors (NAR) India, was elected as the new president.
CREAA is a professional body set up in 1999 to provide professional advice and service to would be users of commercial and residential space.

According to Mr. Rajesh Dave, “Today all members of CREAA, are professionally trained through RE-MET examination conducted by NAR, India. This helps to give correct and valuable advice to clients and almost all companies nowadays insist on this membership before dealing with any agent”.
“The last two years have not been very good for the real estate industry which impacts us directly. However, we are now confident that with the government giving impetus to the industry we are certain of doing well in the future”, he added.
