Violations: DLF's Kochi Project in
Trouble
DLF Ltd suffered a
major setback after the chief secretary of the Kerala government submitted a
report in the state assembly pointing to large-scale violations by the builder
in a project in Kochi.
The report pushed for
a detailed study to ascertain the violations. The project has been constructed
in 5 acres of land with 175 metres river frontage and ready for possession.
The state was forced
to revoke the clearance & order an investigation by the chief secretary
after the opposition members alleged corruption and favouritism.
