all set to entertain its listeners, with a brand new show based on music legend
A R Rahman! Introducing singer turned RJ Anuradha Sriram as the host for
the show, the radio station announced the launch of Rahman Ungaludan
at a press conference held at swanky hotel today. Staying true to its promise
of ‘Manasai Thotta Melodies’ 92.7 BIG FM launches the show starting 16th
June every Monday to Friday at 9pm!
Also present at the occasion were noted
personalities from Chennai’s entertainment fraternity like Srinivasa Murthy,
Balaji Mohan, Siddharth Vipin, Mervin Solomon, Vivek Siva, RJ Balaji to name a
few.
Presenting
AR Rahman’s timeless musical treasures right from Roja to Kochadaiyaan,
RJ Anuradha will take listeners through a journey with exciting stories and
trivia about the man of few words. Rahman Ungaludan will also have
guests and friends of the legendary musician come on the show to share intimate
and lesser known facts about his life. Moreover, a movie will also be played on
radio for the audience to listen to the dialogues, background score and songs.
With her vast knowledge, passion for music, pleasing demeanor and
having worked with A R Rahman himself, playback singer Anuradha is the perfect
choice as an RJ for the show. Commenting the playback singer now turned RJ Anuradha
