The
Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Association of India (CREDAI) will be
organising 'Property Show 2014' from May 23 to May 25 - 2014 at Dongre
Vasatigruha, Nashik. This year, the exhibition is being organised on national
and international level.
Talking
about the exhibition, CREDAI's new president Mr. Jayesh Thakkar said,
"Compared to Mumbai, Pune & Thane, the property rates in Nashik are
very reasonable. This exhibition will prove to be very beneficial for those
interested in buying homes or / plots. This exhibition will have information
about properties ranging from Rs. 15 lakh to Rs. 2 crore. Information about
flats, duplexes, pent houses, row houses, bungalows, non-agricultural plots,
farm houses & agricultural lands will be available."
Buying
facilities will also be available on the spot. The show will be held in
air-conditioned domes from 11 am to 9 pm on all the three days with about 85
stalls of CREDAI members, besides other builders, financial institutes
providing loan and banks.
"In
the next 2 years, CREDAI aims to take the Nashik property exhibition throughout
the country and abroad. This is the first year of achieving this
endeavour," Mr. Jayesh Thakkar
said.
A
seminar on building safety will be organised by expert Mr. Shyam Tamhankar, who
will address the audience on all three days. He will be addressing the
contractors on the first two days and builders on the last day.
