Yes, there is a slow down in the real estate industry but we anticipate that the new government will give a major thrust to the Real Sector. The best way to do it is by declaring the sector as infrastructure sector. We also expect that the government will institute a simple, transparent, fast, online approval mechanism. The system has been trade and tortuous making the real estate projects costly as delays cost enormously to the ultimate consumer.
