Tata Value Homes Limited, a 100% subsidiary of real estate firm Tata Housing Development Company’s maiden National Home Buying Day was reportedly oversubscribed four times.

According to the company, it received over 800 applications for the allocated 200 units across five projects.

Moreover, Tata Value homes received more than 200 applications on the first day of National Home Buying Day with 3, 00,000 hits on the website during the 4 days.

“This well-priced offer attracted buyers from across the country along with NRIs. With this offer, Tata Value Homes Limited gave buyers an opportunity to gain appreciation of up to 33 % across Tata Value Homes Limited projects like La Montana (Pune), Inora Park (Pune), New Haven (Bengaluru), New Haven Compact (Ahmedabad) and Santorini (Chennai),” as claimed by the company.




Mr. Pawan Sarda, Head - Marketing at Tata Value Homes said, “We are extremely happy with response from our consumers during the national home buying day. Out of the over 250 flats that were sold, about 20% were bought by NRI’s and rest from the individuals across various parts of the country.”

“ This success has strengthened our belief that the accessibility, convenience and reach of the internet makes it an ideal medium for us to accomplish of our vision of being the largest home provider of quality homes to our consumers across the country,” Mr. Pawan Sarda added.

Tata Value Homes has received most number of applications for New Haven (Bangalore) &  New Haven Compact (Ahmedabad) respectively followed by La Montana (Pune).

Review of the controls over the process for selection of applicants to whom flats were allotted was carried out by KPMG based on the agreed scope of work on 5th March 2014.
