5.   Age proof (PAN CARD / PASSPORT / DRIVING LICENCE)

6.   Address proof (PASSPORT / HR LETTER / RATION CARD / LATEST TEL PHONE BILL / LATEST BANK STATEMENT)

7.     Sign proof (PAN CARD / PASSPORT)

8.   Offer letter of present company

9.   If  present employment is less than two years previous offer & reliving letter required

10. Passport size photo 1

11. One Cheque leaf from salary A/C
