less than 1% of the $ 2, 500 Crore senior housing industry worldwide.
According to Jones
Lang LaSalle, Current annual demand for senior houses across 135 Indian cities
is put at 3,12,000, far outstripping supply of 10,000 to 15,000 new houses now
in the pipeline.
