Krishi Vasant – 2014: On February 9 to 13 - 2014 at Nagpur

Krishi Vasant – 2014  being organized at Nagpur from 9  to 13 February 2014 also coincides with centenary celebrations of Vasant Rao Naik, who steered agricultural development in Maharashtra during Green Revolution era and also to highlight contribution of the vibrant State of Maharashtra in the growth of National Agro economy.

Hon’ble President of India, Mr Pranab Mukherjee has kindly consented to Inaugurate the event as the Chief Guest.

This Event highlights shall comprise of:

1.     Exhibition of over 10,000 Sq. Mts
2.     Live Crop Demonstrations
3.     Technical Seminars
4.     Scientist – Farmer Interactions
5.     Technology Demonstrations
6.     Participation by above 2 Lakh Farmers from across India
7.     Cattle Show
8.     Poultry
9.     Fisheries etc.
