usage only. So, the car parking area is not registered.
The Price of Car Parking Area depends on location of property and Brand
equity of the Builder/ promoter.
The Price is Rs. 2 lac to Rs. 5 lac.
According to Supreme Court, there is no price for Car Parking Area. But,
as many as builders not follow the rule.
